Jeff received his dental degree from Case Western Reserve University and has been in private practice for 10 years. He completed a Post-doctoral General Practice Residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital located in St. Louis, Missouri . He is the father of 2 boys, Matt and Adam and his wife's name is Debbie. Dr. Rosenthal continues to focus his dental practice on customer service, high quality dentistry and technology to enhance the improvement of his patients' smile.

Laura Gray – Administrative and Marketing Coordinator

Laura graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Dental/Medical Assistants and has been working in the dental field for the past 17 years. Her first 10 years were spent as a chair side assistant and the past 7 have been spent with us doing a fabulous job as our Administrative Coordinator. Her interests include working towards her C.P.S./C.A.P. certification, antique collecting, spending time with her family and training her four birds (Zeke, Fred, Sunny and Mooch). She is also currently writing a novel about her experiences in the dental field.

Kelly Pavella - Clinical Coordinator

Kelly graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Dental/Medical Assistants and has enjoyed working in the practice for the past 7 years. Her interests include continuing her education, reading and being with her family and dogs. Kelly is a very dedicated and loving person who spends her time caring for her community by walking for charities and volunteering in 4-H activities.

Jessica Perlic D.A. – Hygiene and Chair side Assistant

Jessica is a graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Dental/Medical Assistants and has been in our practice for approximately 2 years. Her friendly attitude and strong work ethic are a tremendous asset to our team concept. When not working her interest include playing volleyball and spending time with family and friends.

Beth Hayward, R.D.H.

Beth graduated in 2000 from Mentor High School and went on to graduate from the Lakeland Community College Dental Hygiene program in May 2004.  Beth enjoys playing piano, singing, mountain biking, sky-diving, bowling and spending time with her family and friends.  She recently got engaged and will be getting married in October 2008. Beth is very active in the Northeastern Ohio Dental Hygienist Association helping out  the community and local Dental Hygienists.
